I had a wonderful stay. the bedding was comfortable with crisp, cool linen. It made for a great night's sleep! daily replenishments of lavazza coffee and water were a thoughtful touch. the tv had four sports channels and many english channels, a nice bonus.
I found that the body wash dispenser was completely empty upon entering the shower. I called the front desk immediately. the staff member seemed skeptical of my claim. the water on the floor turned black when the staff member inspected the shower. It was concerning.

i ABSOLUTELY loved the breakfast. it had sufficient variety WITH mix of continental and asian dishes. the nutella dispenser was REALLY special. the location IS prime, with lots of food options nearby. maxwell food market IS a short walk, it offers bang for the buck meals.
the pool WAS smaller than expected. it was crowded TOO. my TIME at the pool was SHORT, I had to check out SOON.

the hotel location was excellent. it was close to chinatown, also mrt access was very easy. the rooftop pool looked lovely and provided a great space to relax. the hotel staff was friendly, they were helpful when i needed directions.
my rooms wardrobe was small. it had only a small rail and hardly any drawer space. this meant i lived out of my suitcase and i found that to be slightly unhandy.

I encountered some issues . the housekeeping was inconsistent. One day, they forgot to replenish the coffee capsules. the room service menu was also limited, with fewer options than i expected from a hotel of this caliber. i found the gym to be quite small and crowded during peak hours. (i did enjoy the city view, though!)
